The mission statement of the Department of Physical Recreation and Athletics is to strive to enhance life, spirit and health of the Carleton University community by providing high quality sport, physical activity and instruction. The Department embraces the values of Carleton University and is committed to: safety; fairness; honesty; mutual respect and continuous improvement.

Wheter you try out for one of our 17 varsity teams, which include champion Ravens basketball, and soccer teams, or participate in one of our numerous recreational programs, which range from yoga and Pilates to martial arts and dance, we hope you enjoy the experience and visit often.
